2007 Calendar
SVI, a faith based organization in Mercer County, Midwestern Pennsylvania, has organized a Trimester calendar for 2007. This calendar integrates member congregational base building, and addresses some social justice issues that affect our community and region. The following social justice issues have already been defined: Shenango Valley Home Ownership and Restoration; Equity Funding for Education Treatment Instead of Prison (TIP); and Shenango Valley Youth Leadership Initiative. These on going issues and others, will be reviewed each Trimester, and appropriate action will be taken to maintain focus on the original goals of the organization.
